Chair Massage

Contact for Rates

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

Spa Parties

Instead of hosting a get-together where guests are checking their watches, throw one that will have them begging to stay. One surefire way to spoil them is with a spa party.

Spa parties are gaining popularity because they provide an exciting variation to traditional celebrations and events such as birthday parties, wedding and baby showers, bachelorette parties, corporate conferences, seminars, and book club meetings.

It's likely that with the different amenities spa parties offer, you'll have your guests coming early, staying late, and thanking you for your terrific idea every time you see them thereafter.

Chair or Table massage available.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body.

Utilizes a variety of slow and deep strokes to unwind and release tension and pain in your deeper muscle layers and fascia, to lengthen tight, shortened muscles and release tight fascia, and to open up and decompress constricted joints. Deep Tissue massage is effective and corrective for temporary or chronic muscular pain and tension and for rehabilitating injuries. Some immediate benefits of Deep Tissue massage include: increased blood flow; restoration of fluidity of movement; structural rebalancing and release of tension-producing musculo-skeletal holding patterns; and improved range of motion.

Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is what comes to mind for most people when the word “massage” is mentioned.
This is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. Thus allowing more oxygen and nutrients to reach cells and tissues and increasing the rate of removal of metabolic wastes from the body. It boosts the immune system, improves functioning of the digestive system, and promotes a sense of well-being by calming the nervous system.

Myofascial Release Therapy

Myofascial massage is a technique used to treat injuries and discomfort, reducing pain and increasing range of motion. Myofascial massage differs from other types of massage in that it targets the fascia - the membrane surrounding muscles - rather than the muscle itself. Since fascia completely encases every muscle in the body, imbalances in the fascia can have serious effects on your range of motion and comfort level. While other forms of massage can overlook the fascia, myofascial massage focuses specifically on releasing tension in this important membrane.

This is a very specific massage, - the devil is in the deatils.....
